Sir,
I would like to draw the kind attention of the Chief Minister in particular and the readers in general to the news item DE, May 7 wherein the Minister for Local Bodies alongwith his Deptt. stresses for holding much delayed elections soon expressing their having been fully prepared for the same. So one of the Cabinet Ministers substantiates my demand. The PCC(I) President Saif Din Soz too is in favour of the Election being held before 30th June, 2013. The coalition partner, the National Conference cannot be averse to this proposal as it (N.C.) has always been in favour of democratic trend in the State. Let us not miss this opportune time and respect the public opinion and that of the leaders and the Deptt for Urban Local Bodies.
This shall prove a touch stone to test the tune of the trump being blown for good governance, transparency & work culture by the present Govt.
