JAMMU, Apr 18: Eksath Rangmandal today presented its 466th Monday Theatre with new progressive solo Nukad “Jaal Sarankshan” under Monday Theater series at its Headquarters Lakshmi Nagar, Sarwal Jammu.
Today’s solo Nukad was based on the scarcity of water. The old man defines the real cause for water deficiency and the causes for lack of fresh water. He said that main cause of the problem is increasing population and the environmental degradation by climate change. As the climate and environmental is affecting the water overall.
He said that chemicals in the water flow from factories are total disaster for mankind. Moreover, washing clothes on river banks should be stopped. For this NGOs, Government agencies and concerned Departments should take action against those who violate the rules. Old man said “Agar Bachhaey Hum Aaj Jaal, Tubhi Houga Surkshit Kal” .Farmers should adopt new technologies of farming where limited water is used. Preservation of rainwater is also needed which can be used as and when required. People around appreciated the theme and contents of the Nukad.
Actors who performed in the Nukad included Raju Mad, Munshi Happy and Vijay Malla.
