JAMMU, Jan 9: Jammu and Kashmir Employees Joint Action Committee (JKEJAC) today asked the Government to settle its long pending demands including removal of pay anomalies of clerical and other cadres.
In a joint statement issued here, today Mushtak Khan State president and Balwinder Singh provincial president of the Committee while appreciating some steps taken by the Government to solve the problems of the employees said the issue of pay anomalies need to be redressed at an earliest.
They also demanded enhancement of Medical Allowance in favour of the State Government employees to Rs 3000 per month which is a long pending demand.
The Committee expressed the hope that the Government will fulfill its promise regarding the implementation of Seventh Central Pay Commission report.
