REASI, May 19: An education tour of 41 children was flagged off from Mini Secretariat Reasi by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Ashwani Kumar Khajuria, today.
The group of 41 students is on 7 days tour to Amritsar where they will visit historical places as well as religious and educational institutes.
While flagging off the tour, Khajuria said, “Such educational tours give an opportunity to youngsters to broaden their horizon when they encounter facts and figures after visiting various historic places throughout the country”.
He encouraged the students to take part in extra co-curricular activities to develop themselves into a good human being.
Among others District Information Officer, Parvinder Kour, DSWO, Rafiq Ahmad, teachers and parents of the students, were also present on the occasion.
