JAMMU, Dec 13: Deputy Chief Minister, Dr Nirmal Singh today visited the residence of the young singing sensation Isha Andotra alongwith Mamta Singh at Mara Patti in Kathua district and felicitated her.
Dr Singh while interacting with the young artists said she should continue to pursue her singing in order to create a niche for herself in the field of fine arts. He said the State Government would also provide the necessary support to her.
It is pertinent to mention that the song sung by the young singing sensation has got 45 lakh hits on the YouTube.
The Deputy Chief Minister also visited the Higher Secondary School at Mara Patti and interacted with the students and staff there. He said the Government has already undertaken a comprehensive programme for ensuring proper augmentation of the education sector so that quality education facilities are provided to the students.
