Jammu, June 26: The Government today ordered posting of Manoj Dwivedi, a senior IAS officer, as Commissioner/ Secretary General Administration Department (GAD).
Dwivedi will hold the post in addition to his current charge of Industries and Commerce.
He will also hold additional charge of DG IMPARD.
Secretary GAD Farooq Ahmed Lone is retiring on June 30.
Meanwhile, Government today ordered transfer and postings of eight KAS officers.
Manzoor Ahmad Qadri, Director, Sericulture, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Rajouri, relieving Sher Singh, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri of the additional charge of the post.
Nazir Ahmad Baba, Additional Commissioner (Central) in the office of Financial Commissioner, Revenue, J&K, was transferred and posted as Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Baramulla, vice Khurshid Ahmad Sanai, who will await further orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department.
Imam Din, Director, Horticulture, Planning and Marketing, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Doda, against an available vacancy.
Nawab Din, Additional District Development Commissioner, Ramban, was transferred and posted as Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Udhampur, relieving Ashok Kumar, Additional District Development Commissioner, Udhampur of the additional charge of the post.
Devinder Singh Bhau, Chief Executive Officer, Jammu Urban Development Agency has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Relief Organization (Migrants), Jammu.
Deepika Rana, Deputy Commissioner, Relief Organization (Migrants), Jammu was transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, Jammu Urban Development Agency.
Anil Sharma, Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Kishtwar, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, J&K Socially and Educationally Backward Classes Commission.
Pawan Kumar, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kishtwar, will hold the charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Kishtwar, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Rakesh Dubey, Secretary, J&K Socially and Educationally Backward Classes Commission, was transferred and will await further orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department.
