JAMMU, Oct 19: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC), Government of India, today approved empanelment of 20 IAS officers as Additional Secretaries including Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, an IAS officer of 1997 batch of erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir cadre, now AGMUT.
Dwivedi is presently on the Central deputation.
