JAMMU, Dec 23: Pt B M Dubey, an eminent poet, film writer, director and producer of the State, has announced to form a Duggar Film Sansthan Trust to project and preserve the rich Dogra cultural heritage.
Announcement in this regard was made by Mr Dubey during the Dogri Manta Divas celebration by Duggar Manch Jammu. He also announced to contribute Rs one lakh from his own source to the Film Trust, which will encourage and tap the local talent by providing them training in the field of acting, writing, direction and management of production.
The Film Trust will also establish a film academy, archive, library and collection of films of international standard for study purpose for J&K people.
