DSSP to continue fight for restoring farmers land: Lal Singh

KATHUA, Feb 13: Jan  Sampark Abhiyaan of Dogra Swabhiman Sangharsh Party (DSSP) in its second phase started from Kathua, Nagri Bus Stand reached village Dadoli after passing through Kothey, Changran, Sherpur, Jakhbar and Muthi villages.
While addressing the gathering, Ch. Lal Singh, chairman of the party expressed dismay and deep anguish towards LG Government which has actually brought people in a state of emergency and in the grip of total chaos,   pain and insecurity. Farmers who have inherited their land from their ancestors, are being deprived of the same which is their only source of livelihood. How a State can put its public shelter less and without livelihood, questioned Ch.Lal Singh in his hard hitting speech at the conclusion of today’s Abhiyaan in village Dadoli in Kathua constituency.

DSSP has resolved to take this battle to its logical conclusion and hence launched Jan Samparak Abhiyan to spend three days in each constituency of Jammu province.
Dr. Hari Dutt Shishu,  general secretary DSSP, while extending thanks to the general public for their massive participation, said that it is high time for every citizen to take moral responsibility and join this movement to end the draconian laws passed by the LG regime.
The rally which started from Kathua got tremendous response from the general public and prominent citizens including social organizations.  The people extended warm welcome to the rally and offered stalls of water, sweets and snacks on route to express solidarity with the programme of DSSP.
Ex. MLA, Kanta Andotra along with huge group of women participated and walked on foot all through the campaign. Senior vice president, KD Singh Jamwal, vice president, Balbir Singh, Raju Pahalwan, Jatinder Papu, Raman Mahajan, Daleep Sarpanch and advocates of Kathua Bar Tarlok Gupta, Kirti Bhushan, president Municipal Council Kathua, Rajinder Singh Bubby, Prof. H.R. Sharma participated in the programme.
The rally will restart tomorrow morning and reach at Nagri after walking through village Patyari, Sumoan, Nangal, Airwan, Barmori and many small habitations.
