SRINAGAR, Oct 11: Police today arrested a drug peddler and recovered charas from his possession in border district of Kupwara.
A police official said that based on specific information, a special team of police arrested a notorious drug peddler identified as Manzoor Ahmad Khan and recovered 2.5 kilograms of Charas from his possession. “A case under FIR Number 261/2017 under Section 8/20 NDPS Act stands registered and investigation is in progress,” he said.
