UDHAMPUR, July 20: Continuing its drive against narcotics and psychotropic substances, Udhampur Police today nabbed a drug peddler and seized 11.2 grams of heroin like substance from his possession.
The accused, namely Sushant Sharma of Kaghote, Ramnagar, was intercepted during patrolling near Jakhani Chowk Udhampur. More than 11 grams of heroin like substance was recovered from his possession.
A case FIR number 335/2020 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered in this connection at PS Udhampur and further investigation is underway.
