JAMMU, Jan 14: Vijaypur police in a joint operation with District Special Branch (DSB) Samba, today arrested one narcotic peddler namely Rajinder Kumar S/o Krishan Lal of Meen Sarkar Barjhani Bari Brahmana at Vijaypur and seized two grams of heroin (chitta) from him.
In this connection a case FIR 8/18 U/S 8/21 NDPS Act was registered at PS Vijaypur.
The operation was carried out by the Police team headed by Inspector, Suraj Pathania, SHO P/S Vijaypur under the direct supervision of Abisheik Sharma, SDPO Vijaypur and under overall supervision of Anil Magotra, SSP Samba.
