DODA, May 5: Prem Nagar police arrested a drug peddler and recovered 300 grams cannabis from his possession.
As per police sources, on routine checking, a team from Prem Nagar Police Post apprehended a man and recovered 300 grams cannabis from his possession.
The accused has been identified as Manzoor Ahmed, son of Mohamdoo Wani, a resident of Joura.
A case under FIR Number 31/18 under Section 8/20 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Thathri and investigation started.
Police team led by Incharge Prem Nagar Police Post SI Barndev Singh made the arrest under the supervision of SHO Thathri Inspector Sunil Sharma, SDPO Bhaderwah Brijesh Sharma, Additional SP Bhaderwah Rajinder Singh and SSP Doda Mohammad Shabir.
