RAJOURI, Nov 22: The police has unearthed a new modus operandi of some peddlers who are receiving consignment of banned drugs in parcels. One such consignment has been seized in Rajouri from a local who has been arrested by police.
Official sources said that after receiving an information, a police team led by SHO Rajouri Aejaz Ahmed Wani under the supervision of Deputy SP Headquarters, Rajouri Mudassir Hussain recovered 450 banned tablets (Tapendadol).
The accused identified as Imtiyaz Qayoom Bhat @ Billa, resident of Ward No 9, Rajouri has been arrested by police. A case was registered against him.
