DODA, Oct 29: A driver was killed when the tipper he was driving rolled down into deep gorge near Sikoo Morh.
The ill-fated vehicle bearing registration number JK02CU-8287 was on its way from Thalella to Sikoo when the driver lost control over the vehicle and it rolled down into deep gorge near Sikoo Morh, resulting into on the spot death of the driver.
After getting information, a police team rushed to the spot and retrieved the body of the deceased driver from the gorge.
The deceased was identified as Firdous Ahmed Zargar, son of Showket Ahmed Zargar of Seel Bandas, at present Akramabad District Doda.
Police have taken cognizance in this regard.
