BHADERWAH, May 3: A driver was injured, when the Eon car he was driving skidded off the road and plunged into Neeru river at Galandhar area, falling under the jurisdiction of Bhalla Police Post.
The ill-fated vehicle bearing registration number JK06-6825 was on its way from Bhalla to Doda, when the driver lost control over the vehicle and it fell into Neeru river near Galgandhar area, causing injuries to the driver.
After getting information, police team rushed to the spot and shifted the injured driver to District Hospital Doda, where he was responding to the treatment, when last reports came in.
The injured has been identified as Javid Iqbal, son of Abdul Aziz, a resident of Dugga Bhalla.
Bhalla police has taken cognizance in this regards.
