JAMMU, Jan 31: Sparsh leprosy awareness campaign was today launched at SDH Ramnagar under the supervision of Dr. Z. H Shah.
On the occasion, SDM Ramnagar Shirash Gupta was present. He appreciated the efforts of LCU staff which is working 24×7 to achieve the goal. The detailed lecture regarding leprosy awareness was delivered by Dr. Vijay Kumar Physician. Also a booklet regarding the work (identification, diagnosis and treatment) was released by SDM Ramnagar. The credit of booklet goes to Kakey Ram, Sr. Pharmacist LCU Ramnagar Mohd. Rafi, Sr. PMA LCU Ramnagar and Ashok Kumar DEO BMO Ramnagar
The free supporting drug kits, blankets and footwear were distributed to the patients.
