SRINAGAR, June 5: Dr. A.R. Trag, Vice Chancellor, Islamic University of Sciences and Technology, Awantipora, called on N.N. Vohra, Governor, here at the Raj Bhavan, today.
Dr. Trag briefed the Governor about the ongoing academic and infrastructure development activities in the University. The Governor shared with Dr. Trag some of his concerns about the need to take time bound measures for speedily upgrading the standards of teaching and research in all the institutions of higher education in the State.
