JAMMU, Aug 23: Government has appointed Dr Shamim Ahmad Wani as Executive Director of Jammu and Kashmir Infrastructure Development Financial Corporation (JKIDFC).
“Consequent upon the resignation of Nazim Zai Khan as Executive Director, JKIDFC, sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of Dr Shamim Ahmad Wani as Executive Director, JKIDFC, as per the relevant provision of the Companies Act, 2013 with the approval of Board of Directors,” an order issued by the Finance Department said.
According to the order, Dr Shamim shall act as the Executive Director, JKIDFC in addition to his own assignments.
