SRINAGAR, June 16: Speaker Legislative Assembly, Kavinder Gupta today nominated Dr Shafi Ahmad Wani, Ex-MLA as a member of the Best Legislator Award Committee.
Dr Shafi has replaced Rafi Ahmad Mir, who has been since appointed Vice-Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Tourism Development Corporation (JKTDC).
The other members of the Best Legislator Award Committee include Mirza Abdul Rashid, Ex-Speaker Legislative Assembly and Ashwani Kumar, senior journalist and President Press Club, Jammu.
