Dr SD Jamwal inaugurates Guard Room Building at Police Academy

UDHAMPUR, Mar 5: Dr SD Singh Jamwal, ADGP/Director Sher-i-Kashmir Police Academy inaugurate Guard Room Building constructed by the Academy on self help basis for the security of the recently commissioned shoot house and its peripheral area.
While speaking on the occasion, Jamwal said that the permanent deployment of the guard in this area shall not only provide security to the newly commissioned shoot house but will also provide security cover to this low lying area of the Academy.
Jamwal also examined the adjoining space identified for extension to the teaching grounds of horses.
He also dedicated a separate Bathing Ghat area developed by the Academy near Shah Block, which shall adequately cater the need of bathing of trainees and washing of their cloths.
Jamwal also witnessed the beginning of incinerator developed in the Academy on self help basis for disposal of plastic and other waste material.
