JAMMU, Aug 30: Dean Student Welfare and Head, School of Business at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Dr. Hari Govind Mishra delivered a talk on ‘Knowledge Based Dynamic Capability in Social Purpose (SPO)’ in the UGC- Human Resource Development Centre sponsored refresher course organized by Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya Sagar—A Central University.
Dr. Mishra explained the micro foundations of knowledge based dynamic capabilities in social purpose organizations while discussing the cases of Angai Soap, Swara, Lifaffa and Goonj.
He also highlighted the important findings of his research article recently published in the Journal of Knowledge Management (ABDC- A Category) co-authored with Rohit Bhardwaj, Research Scholar, School of Business and others.
Dr. Mishra also focused on how case SPOs acquire, create and combine knowledge to address social opportunities.
