JAMMU, Feb 1: Union Minister in PMO, Dr Jitendra Singh has urged the J&K School Education Department to issue the promotion orders of the Plus Two lecturers in accordance to the strict seniority.
Dr Jitendra Singh issued these instructions to Commissioner Secretary, Education, B K Singh who called on him here, yesterday. The Commissioner Secretary Education informed the Union Minister that the seniority list has been framed by the Department but it is undergoing final verifications.
The Union Minister urged him that quick steps need to be taken in completing the verification so that the promotion orders are issued in a time bound manner to the + 2 lecturers who are waiting for the same for a pretty long time.
