JAMMU, June 18: Dr Banarsi Lal, Incharge, Senior Scientist & Head of Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Reasi of Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Jammu (SKUAST-J) has been conferred with the Best Scientist Award in the 11th Science & Technology Awards-2022.
The award ceremony was recently held through virtual mode by EET CRS. Science & Technology Awards are incubated by the leading research and branding organization, Education Expo TV (EET CRS) with the objective to recognise the outstanding contributions and remarkable achievements of scientists, academicians and institutions across the globe.
The Science & Technology Awards panel conferred the best scientist award to the scientist based on his quality research publications as first author, popular articles as first author, books as first author, book chapters as first author, projects undertaken as PI and Co-PI, success stories as first author, case studies as first author, Radio/TV talks, invited talks, consultancy services, SHGs/Farmers Clubs/FPOs managed, technologies disseminated, exponential model devised and disseminated etc for the welfare of the farming community.
