JAMMU, Sept 29: Dr D P Abrol, Professor of Entomology at Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences & Technology (SKUAST) Jammu, attended 44th APIMONDIA International Apicultural Congress at Daejeon Convention Center, Korea.
Dr Abrol was invited as a guest speaker to deliver plenary lecture on “Role of beekeeping in the economic development of India: Challenges and opportunities” in the Beekeeping Economy session. He also chaired Scientists session on Symposium: Current Situation of Beekeeping Economy.
This international conference, organised by Korean Society of Apiculture South Korea, was attended by more than 6000 participants from more than 88 countries of the world.
