JAMMU, Aug 21: Dr Abhinav Gupta, Professor of Medicine, ASCOMS, has recently been conferred with Fellowship of Royal College of Physicians (FRCP) of Edinburgh, 2022.
He is one of the very few young doctors from India who have the distinction of Fellowship of two prestigious Royal Colleges of Physicians. Recently, he has been awarded with Fellowship of International Society of Hypertension (2022), Fellowship of Royal College of Physicians of Glasgow (2021) and Fellowship of International Medical Sciences Academy (2022).
Prof (Dr) Abhinav Gupta is also an advisor of Public Material Task Force Committee and South & Central Asia Regional Advisory Group of International Society of Hypertension. He is also one of the committee members of the advisory groups of American Association of Clinical Endocrinologist like Diabetes Disease State Network, Lipid and CV Health Disease.
He is also Peer Reviewer of International Journals like American Association of Clinical Endocrinologist Case Reports and Endocrine Practice, Journal of Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh and Diabetes & Metabolic Syndrome: Clinical Research & Reviews (Impact Factor 2.62).
Besides this, he is one of the co-authors of white paper on Lifestyle and Hypertension of International Society of Hypertension which will be released in annual meeting of International Society of Hypertension in Kyoto (Japan) in October 2022.
