JAMMU, Feb 9: AICC president Rahul Gandhi has issued instructions to all party functionaries and senior leaders to not go to the press /media relating to any party matter.
These instructions were given by the Congress President in a meeting of AICC General Secretaries and PCC presidents chaired by him in New Delhi today. He directed maintaining of media discipline by the party leaders and party functionaries, said an official handout of the party.
