Domain of Censor Board

Sir,
If a movie is in the eyes of the requisite statutory body, the Film censor Board, not fit for public view and wants to have it revised, changed or even deleted at certain points, then how can their scissoring be scissored whether through a legal recourse or through executive intervention? We know most of the  present day movies depict overdoses of violence, sex and crime which in turn instead of reforming the society is further making it messy. Udta Punjab movie on drug abuse is a classic example which was played as a victim even before and after the censor Board inflicted a few cuts. The protagonists of what they call creative Art want in short to have the Film certification Board to wind up and thus give a field day to make, produce and show anything in the country. How much worth cutting is the domain of the Censor Board and it should be made more relevant and powerful.
Yours etc….
