JAMMU, Sept 14: To celebrate the inclusion of Dogri as official language of J&K, Dogri song ‘Mera Gran’ was released here today.
Purnima Sharma, Deputy Mayor Jammu was the chief guest on the occasion whereas Raman Suri, J&K BJP Executive Member and Anita Sharma, Municipal Councillor graced the function as guests of honour. Speaking on the occasion Purnima Sharma said it is our moral responsibility to preserve our language.
A handout stated that the song ‘Mera Gran’ showcases rich cultural heritage of Jammu region.
The whole shooting of the song has been done in the forests of Chenani, Galli, Shudhmahadev and Mantalai. The song will also help the folks of the country to explore these beautiful unexplored places of Jammu region.
The team which worked on this song included Sulabh Sharma, Writer and Singer; Muskan Gupta, Actress; Music was given by Paramjeet Pammi; Video Direction was done by Akash Dogra and Sandeep Verma and Assistant Director was Mohit Mehra.
The Song was produced by Sulabh Sharma while Records & Filming was done by Natya Roots Productions.
