KATHUA, Dec 11: The staff of Government Sub District Hospital Nagri sat on protest dharna in the hospital premises against the misbehavior and attack on hospital staff by the attendants and accident victims last night.
The hospital staff led by J&K Medical Association leaders sat on dharna and raised slogans in favour of their demands. The Hospital staff including the doctors and para medical staff who were on night duty including Dr Itu Sharma, Dr Indu Rajput, medical staff, Trilok Kumar and Daya Ram alleged that during last night a road accident victims and their attendants came in the hospital and they started abusing staff when they to inform police.
The patients and attendant abused and beat up the hospital staff and inflicted injuries on them. They demanded the police action and arrest of accused and security to hospital staff. The matter was reported to Nagri Police Station by the hospital staff.
