SAMBA, May 17: District Magistrate Samba, R.K. Varma has imposed ban on fresh encroachments and constructions besides conversion on existing Kullas into any other type of Kachha or Pacca structure at Forest closure Sujwan and Gagor Plai (Rakh Bhortian) in Tehsil and district Samba.
The order has come into force with immediate effect and will remain in force for a period of two months from the date of its issuance, if not withdrawn or rescinded earlier.
