JAMMU, July 6: Government has appointed Pandurang Kondbarao Pole, Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir as inquiry to enquire into the issue of demolition of shopping complex housing office of the IndusInd Bank at Ganjiwara, Anantnag.
The officer shall ascertain whether the said demolition was carried out in accordance with procedure prescribed under rules and whether any damage was deliberately inflicted on the moveable assets of the Bank.
The officer may co-opt any officer for conduct of the enquiry and shall submit his report within a period of fifteen days to the Government.
