SHOPAIN: On the directions of District Development Commissioner Shopian, District Administration Shopian conducted a surprise inspection of all educational institutions.
Headed by Tehsildar concerned the inspection teams inspected various schools and issued necessary instructions to the concerned head of the institutions and observed that observed that all the schools were functioning satisfactorily.
The teams directed to school administrations to start evening classes in the institution with immediate effect in order to provide remedial teaching to slow learners and to improve the academic standards.
The teams directed the head of the institutions to initiate measures for various cultural activities and co-curricular activities in the institution.
The teams directed the staff members in different institutions to develop writing skills in students to improve their handwriting, as neat and clean handwriting always attracts one’s attention and art of calligraphy plays a significant role in student’s life.
