Sir,
Of late, it has been observed that while a call is on and the two sides are connected through mobile phones, disruptions take place resulting in redialing and making fresh calls. In other words, not only is a call aborted in the middle of talks but to connect and to resume talks, at least three to four calls are made instead of one. BSNL should look into this problem to see whether it is being deliberately done to raise revenues as instead of one at least three to four times dialing and redialing wastes not only time but money as well. It may not be a generalized phenomenon but it is observed in most of the cases, especially when either of the two has a service provider other than the BSNL.
Yours etc….
