JAMMU, Apr 23: All the officers and officials of the Directorate of Information & Public Relations, led by Director Information, Nitish Rajora, observed a two-minute silence at the DIPR Complex, Jammu, in the memory of victims of the #Pahalgam terror attack.
A solemn tribute to the innocent lives lost.
