Dimple urges PWD Minister to solve traffic problem

JAMMU, Dec 30: Jammu West Assembly Movement (JWAM) President, Sunil Dimple, today called on PWD and R&B Minister, Abdul Majid Wani, in his office chamber here at Civil Secretariat and urged him to solve the worsening traffic problem in the Winter Capital of the State.
In his meeting with the Minister, Dimple regretted that despite court orders, the concerned departments have completely failed to come up with any constructive plan to solve the worsening traffic problem of the city.
Dimple demanded construction of alternative four way circular road from Amphalla to Bantalab and Jewel Chowk to Talab Tillo to ease the traffic rush.
The Minister assured Dimple that the Government would shortly take all possible steps to solve the worsening traffic problem in the winter capital.
In this regard, a meeting of all the concerning departments and agencies, involved for the smooth flow of traffic in the Jammu city has been called tomorrow at 11 am, the Minister told Dimple.
