Dimple for exemption of air surcharge on pilgrims’ tickets

JAMMU, Sept 7: Sunil Dimple, president Jammu West Assembly Movement took out a protest rally to express  resentment and burnt the effigies of the BJP-PDP led Government for imposing the service tax on air tickets of Mata Vaishno Devi ji pilgrims.
Addressing the protestors, Dimple warned the State Government to immediately withdraw the surcharge on the air tickets of the pilgrims or other wise they shall start the Jan Andolan against Jazia charged from pilgrims.
Dimple said the BJP is playing double role on each and every issue regarding NHAI road toll tax, AIIMS, Smart cities and nothing concrete has been done on these issues, but they are only announcing that every issue was going on well.
He demanded for immediately withdrawal of the said surcharge and the official notification on opening of the AIIMS in Jammu if it has been sanctioned.
