Dharmarth Trust extends term of its President, Secretary for one year

JAMMU, Mar 8: Trustees of the J&K Dharmarth Trust today approved the extension of Trust’s President Advocate Ajay Gandotra and Secretary Dr Gopal Parthasarthi Sharma for another term of one year, from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023.
The order in this regard was issued by Chairman Trustee Dr Karan Singh giving the responsibility of taking care of the affairs of the Dharmarth Trust to President Advocate Ajay Gandotra and Secretary Dr Gopal Parthasarthi Sharma for another year as their performance was phenomenal during the existing term.
After receiving the information, President Advocate Ajay Gandotra and Secretary Dr Gopal Parthasarthi Sharma expressed gratitude to the Chairman Trustee and Trustees of J&K Dharmarth Trust for reposing faith in their capabilities. They vowed to work with more dedication and enthusiasm to bring in more vibrancy in the functioning of the Trust. They said that they will continue to work with zeal and involve all the constituents of the Trust to ensure efficacy at all levels and reducing the chances of conflicts and dissatisfaction. They said that they will ensure collective efforts to keep everybody along for the progress and the development of temples of the Trust and for the betterment of faith of the people.
Meanwhile, Advocate Ajay Gandotra informed that the Trust is going to celebrate the 91st birthday of Dr Karan Singh in a grandiose manner.
He said besides traditional events, Rudra Abhishek will be organized at J&K Ranbireshwar Temple and Special Pooja and Havan Yagya will be held at Shri Raghunathji Temple followed by a Prasad Vitran for longevity of Dr Karan Singh. Besides this, a Prasad Counter will also be inaugurated in the premises of Shri Raghunath ji Temple on March 9, 2022, he added.
