RAJOURI, Mar 2: Entire furniture and other belongings were gutted during a major fire incident in a shop in Kheora area of Rajouri town during this afternoon.
Reports said that one Ashok Kumar runs a Dhaba and also provision store in one portion of his dhaba at main market Kheora. Suddenly the LPG cylinder caught fire due to gas leakage. The other adjoining cylinder also caught fire and entire furniture and other belongings were caught in huge flames. The people ran away for safety.
A fire tender was pressed into service to extinguish the fire. With prompt action, the fire was contained and not allowed to engulf the adjoining shops. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
