JAMMU, Jan 19: Director General of Police, Dilbag Singh on Thursday released the Police Wives Welfare Association (PWWA), Jammu and Kashmir calendar for the year 2023, here at police headquarters.
As per a statement, the PWWA calendar highlights 2022’s achievements and activities of the J&K Police. It also enumerates the initiatives and various youth engagement schemes undertaken by the police in the preceding year.
“It also highlights the work of Police Public Schools, and Welfare Centres,” it said, adding, “the welfare activities of the department for its personnel and SPOs, including their promotions have also been included in the calendar”.
ADGP Headquarters PHQ, MK Sinha, ADGP Coordination PHQ, Danish Rana, IGP Headquarters PHQ, BS Tuti, DIG Administration PHQ, Ms Sarah Rizvi, AIG Welfare PHE, Dr Abhishek Mahajan and other officers were also present during the calendar release function.
