JAMMU, Jan 4: Sharad Kumar, Director General, National Investigation Agency (NIA), called on Governor N.N Vohra, at the Raj Bhavan here today.
The Governor discussed with Kumar issues relating to the near half dozen terrorist attacks which had taken place, across the LoC and IB at Arnia, Kathua, Samba, Dina Nagar, Udhampur and now at Pathankot, and the systemic measures which are required to be taken.
Kumar briefed the Governor about NIA shortly commencing functioning in J&K from its upcoming establishment in Jammu.
