JAMMU, May 3: Workers of Dogra Front & Shiv Sena (DF&SS) here today under the leadership of their president, Ashok Gupta organized a protest rally against the nexus between land grabbers and Revenue Department official.
The protesters demanded stern action against the killing of a man over land dispute two days back in the presence of Police after which the SHO Gangyal was attached and In-charge Police Post Greater Kailash was suspended for negligence.
Addressing the protesters Ashok Gupta stated that people who were arrested for grabbing land since ages get released from jails and PSA from them gets lifted.
He said that without the involvement of Patwari and other revenue officials selling of a single piece of land to multiple people is not possible and such nexuses are looting people.
Raju, Bantu, Vikky, Kalu, Prem, Ganesh, Sushil, Vinay, Naresh, Rampal and others were also present in the protest rally.
