JAMMU, Mar 17: Development of ignored and deprived areas of the Jammu is among top priorities of the SDP, said socialistic Democratic Party (SDP) Parliamentary candidate for Jammu-Poonch Constituency, Sardar Gursagar Singh Isher.
Expressing concern over the deteriorating condition of the State youth, Isher said, “SDP endeavours to make all youth party, which will entail youngsters in the decision making process of the State. We have kept it our motive since infancy to promote and encourage youngsters to generate ideas for nation building”.
He further said that in the present regime, youth are bewildered without proper direction and are being digressed towards drugs.
He strongly urged the youth to desist drugs and live healthy life, which SDP will provide, if comes to power. He said one of the major aims of SDP is to make Jammu, a drug free State.
The SDP leader was speaking on his arrival at Jammu city, where people of the area shared their problems with SDP leaders.
