JAMMU, Nov 30: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) contesting candidate from Jammu West Assembly Segment, Sarv Daman Bhasin today said that development in the constituency is confined up to papers and laying foundation stones owing to which the people are feeling befooled and ditched in the hand of incumbent MLA.

Meanwhile, Bhasin also opened the sub office of the party at Exchange Road Jammu along with number of senior party leaders where prominent people of the area joined the party.
He also chaired a public meeting at Ward number 16 (New Plot) where people apprised him about the burning issues and long pending demands including irregular power cuts and insanitation issues. After listening to the issues highlighted by locals, Bhasin assured that he will highlight and address these issues on priority for a time bound solution if he gets the public mandate.
Other senior leaders who accompanied Bhasin included Sardar Rangeel Singh, Vinod Sharma, KD Singh, SR Bali, Gurpreet Singh, Shishu Gandotra and Sikandar Khan.
