Deputy General Manager (DGM), Circle Head J&K Operation, Punjab National Bank (PNB), Mohd Latif Mir, along with Harnek Singh, Assistant General Manager and RVS Jasrotia Chief Manager, presenting a claim cheque of Rs 50, 000 to a beneficiary of accidental insurance. The DGM maintained that the Bank settled ATM-cum-Debit card Free Accidental Insurance Claim of the beneficiary Rakesh Singh father of deceased Gaurav, in record 20 days. He informed that late Gaurav Singh was maintaining a saving account at branch office Nagrota (Jammu) and was using the ATM card of the bank regularly. He added that all active ATM /Debit card holders of Punjab National Bank are automatically covered for Free Accidental Insurance Cover ranging from Rs 50000 to Rs 5 lakh keeping in view the category of the card and a card holder should use his ATM/Debit Card for a financial transaction within the previous 90 days from the date of incidence (accident).
