SRINAGAR, May 22: Various deputations from various parts of the State called on Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah here today and apprised him of different issues pertaining to development and other natures.
The Waqaf Board employees in its meeting with the Chief Minister, who is also Chairman of the Board raised issues pertaining to their welfare as also those relating to the management of Waqaf property.
Casual Workers Association of SKIMS highlighted the demand of regularization and sought Chief Minister’s intervention in this regard. The deputation of Patwaris and daily rated workers of Floriculture Department apprised the Chief Minister of the issues about their concerns.
Scores of political deputations and individuals also met the Chief Minister at his Gupkar residence today.
