SAMBA, Mar 11: DEO/ DDC Samba R K Varma today convened a meeting of BLOs of both the constituencies of District Samba. The progress of SVEEP program was reviewed and the further road map was discussed.
DEO Samba reiterated the need to intensify awareness programmes in order to motivate the masses for maximum participation in the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections.
He also shared the message of ECI that registration/addition of new electors is continuous process whereas the modifications are temporarily ceased. In view of this, he directed all the BLOs to accept only Form 6 which is meant to register new electors and also aware the masses.
Among others ACR/ERO, M Y Malik, DIO NIC, Tehsildars/AERO, were also present on the occasion.
