UDHAMPUR, Mar 15: A delegation of Jammu & Kashmir Rehbar-e-Taleem Teachers Forum, led by senior vice chairman Bhupinder Singh called on Minister of State for Finance and Information Technology, Pawan Gupta at his residence in Udhampur.
The Forum apprised the minister of the demands of ReTs and Teaching community, including pending salary of regularized ReTs working under SSA, benefit of SRO 43 and release of the salary of teachers working in KGBV Schools.
After giving a patience hearing to the delegation, Minister assured that he would take up the matter with the concerned ministry for early release of the pending salary of teachers and redressal of other demands as early as possible.
Others who were in the delegation, included Parshotam Sharma, Kuldeep Singh, Sanjeev Sharma, Ajay Sharma, Raj Kumar, Kamlesh Sharma, Manraj Singh, Sham Sharma, Davinder Singh, Ravinder Sharma, Dawarkanath, Subash Singh, Sunil Dubey and Sumit Khajuria.
