JAMMU, Apr 27: A delegation of Gole Gujral JDA Housing Colony allottees today met Deputy Chief Minister, Dr Nirmal Singh in his office and apprised him the problems being faced by 300 allottees in whose favour the plots were allotted after draw.
The delegation informed the Deputy CM that the allottees have deposited the full cost/premium of plots but the JDA has failed in giving them the physical possession even after lapse of 2 and a half years.
It was also brought to the notice of Deputy CM that the JDA is sleeping over the issue after receiving full cost of plots which is in crores and are avoiding the allottees on one excuse or the other.
The Deputy CM gave a patient hearing to the issues raised by the aggrieved allottees and assured them that very soon the matter shall be resolved.
