JAMMU, May 26: A decomposed male dead body was recovered today from a canal in Gadigarh area of city outskirts.
According to a police official, the decomposed dead body of an unknown man of age about 45 years was spotted this afternoon in Ranbir canal at Dharap (Satwari) by some locals.
He said on their information, a police team reached the spot and shifted the body to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for identification or postmortem while inquest proceedings in this connection were initiated at Police Station Satwari.
